Return and refund policy

✅ Returns

  • You can request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Email us at Info@level9.store with your order number and reason for return.

❌ What Can’t Be Returned

  • Customized or final sale items.

  • Products that are used or damaged after delivery.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll issue a bank transfer or store credit.

⚠️ Wrong or Damaged Product?

Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
